Whistleblowing function – report suspected irregularities

At Corima AB, we work systematically to prevent and manage risks related to the environment, ethics, working conditions, and business responsibility. Our Code of Conduct describes the requirements we set for ourselves and for our suppliers.

To ensure that these requirements are complied with throughout the supply chain, we have a whistleblowing function that enables the reporting of suspected irregularities.

We welcome reports from both internal and external stakeholders.

What can be reported?

• The whistleblowing function should be used to report suspected or actual breaches of our Code of Conduct, laws, or internal policies, for example:
• Environmental crimes or deficiencies in environmental practices
• Violations of environmental requirements in the supplier chain
• Deficiencies in the working environment, health, or safety
• Violations of human rights
• Unethical business practices, corruption, or bribery
• Serious violations of laws and regulatory requirements
• Other serious breaches of our Code of Conduct

Reports may concern our own operations or those of suppliers, subcontractors, and other business partners.

Who can report?

The whistleblowing function is open to:

• Employees and managers
• Consultants and temporary staff
• Suppliers and subcontractors
• Carriers and logistics partners
• Customers and other external stakeholders

Anonymity and protection

It is possible to submit a report anonymously.

All reports are handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR).

No one who reports in good faith shall be subject to retaliation or negative treatment.

How is a report handled?

The report is received by a designated and authorized function

The case is assessed objectively and independently

If necessary, a more in-depth investigation is conducted

Corrective actions are taken if the deviation is confirmed

Follow-up is carried out as part of our environmental and sustainability work
